For Competitors:

Instructions:

  1. IMPORTANT!! YOU HVAE TO DO THIS BEFORE YOU CAN ENTER A SHOW: Click on the tabs in your home page to register Rider(s), Horse(s), Owner(s), Trainer(s) and Coach(es) on the system.
  2. Click "Enter A Show" Button.
  3. Choose a show from the list.
  4. Answer a few simple questions.
  5. Review your completed entry form.
  6. Then either print out your entry and send it in to Show Management with a check or
  7. Hit Submit and you can pay your entry fees with your favourite credit card or Paypay account and then your entry will be submitted for you automatically.
  8. In order to have COMPELETE entries for online submissions you need to fax or mail us your completed signature pages and up-to-date coggins.
  9. You can email them to us at info@eqentries.com, Fax them to us at (408) 854-8103, or snail mail these to us at 5442 Gold Creek Circle Discovery Bay, CA 94505.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS!

If you signed up or renewed your USEF/USDF/USEA memberships in the last three days, your cards and memberships may not show up on the system. It can take up to 72 hours for USEF/USDF/USEA to update their databases with new/renewed memberships. We pull directly from their databases. Once they update we will have your membership as we update every 2 minutes. If you have a new/newly renewed memberships aren't showing up yet (and it's been less than 72 hours since you renewed or joined) and you need get an entry in, we recommend that you complete your entry, pay any non member fees and then let the show manager know that you will bring updated cards to the show and they will provide you a refund for those non member fees.

If it has been more than 72 hours and your memberships are showing up on their website (check eqverification.org or useventing.org) then please contact us at helpme@eqentries.com and we will look into it and get it resolved for you as fast as possible!
